Our Sports Massage therapist Laura will use a range of techniques to help ease your muscles, including soft-tissue manipulation, myofascial release, and dry-needling - all of which will help to ease your symptoms and aid muscle recovery.

Laura Gray

Laura graduated from London Metropolitan university in 2015 with a Bsc Honours degree in Sports and Dance Therapy. This is a rehabilitation degree focused on sports injuries with specific rehabilitation techniques designed to get the client back playing sport as quickly as possible. As part of her degree, Laura studied injury assessment and diagnosis, spinal and peripheral joint mobilisations, sports rehabilitation techniques and sports massage.
