Our Head Trainer and Nutritionist

From a young age I have been very active with a passion for sport and fitness and I went on to play a range of sports at a competitive level including football, swimming, volleyball and athletics. Motivated and enthusiastic, I thrive on assisting people to reach their targets drawing on the 10 years experience I have in the industry. Since receiving my diploma in personal training, sports massage therapy and Nutrition I have continued my studies and consider myself a student of sports and nutritional science and human movement. I am consistently learning new theories and practices that I can apply with my clients. There is always something new to learn and I enjoy reading and researching old and new methods and theories. During my time I have worked with a broad range of clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals including weight loss, strength increase, injury recovery and muscle gain. I have worked with clients that play a range of sports including football, rugby, athletics, triathlons, marathons and boxing to which I apply a very sports specific approach. I am ABAE qualified in boxing coaching and have taught in schools as part of an initiative to promote social inclusion through sport. I joined Nordic Balance in 2009. Whilst here I have been privileged to have trained with some amazing people and have been exposed to many of life’s lessons from them. In turn I’m confident I continue to help my clients on the road to leading a happier and healthier life.
