Personal trainer extraordinaire

I was born and raised in Rome, Italy and have been living in London since 2012. I have always been passionate about sport since the age of 5, when I started swimming regularly. Later on I started enjoying outdoor activities such as football and track and field and in my early 20s snowboarding and my passions free diving and scuba diving. I graduated with full marks in Sport Science BSc (hons) in 2008 in Rome, Italy. Alongside my studies I was working as a personal trainer and class instructor focusing on functional rehabilitation and elderly training. I started as a personal trainer at Nordic Balance in 2012 and in 2013 I graduated with a Masters in Sport and Exercise Physiology in London, focusing my work in Strength and Conditioning. My aim is make clients achieve their goals safely and in the quickest possible way and to develop basic physical skills (strength, endurance and flexibility) and improving those aspects that have been weakened by the ageing process, postural issues or inactivity. As a personal trainer I work with clients with a broad range of goals and fitness level. That is why I believe that training must, as far as possible, be tailored on a single person in order to get the best results. I consider the person as a whole, I am not just focused on prescribing exercises but I take into account all aspects that may contribute to get a healthy lifestyle.
