Health Club Manager and Personal Trainer

I have been active from a very young age. As a small girl I trained ballet, tennis, then swimming and athletics for a while but it was horse riding that became my biggest passion for 12 years. 

It was during my studies when I discovered my passion for fitness and I found real pleasure in pushing my limits a bit further with each training and discovering how various training routines affect my body.

I gained most of my qualifications with fitness professionals and lecturers from around the world at European Fitness School and have continued learning through various workshops and lectures since then.

In 2013 I competed in European Fitness Championships which was a big learning curve for me from both physical and psychological angles. I found this experience really useful when it comes to understanding how challenging it is to change body shape and what level of discipline it takes to stick to your goals while working and living in a big busy city, which is what we all struggle with sometimes.

About 3 years ago I shifted my career towards management and customer service within health clubs which I something I really enjoy doing and it allows me to stay in the fitness environment.
