Sports Therapist & Pilates Teacher

Laura graduated from London Metropolitan university in 2015 with a Bsc Honours degree in Sports and Dance Therapy which is a rehabilitation degree focused on sports injuries with specific rehabilitation techniques designed to get the client back playing sport as quickly as possible. 

As part of her degree Laura studied injury assessment and diagnosis, Spinal and peripheral joint mobilisations, sports rehabilitation techniques and sports massage.  Since leaving university Laura has worked with Saracens Amateurs Rugby Club, professional and amateur tennis and golf players at dukes meadows as well as helping people train for marathon events, Iron man events and cycling events such as the tour of Wessex.  Laura also volunteers for free clinics for people working within the performance arts with the British association of performing arts medicine. 

Laura’s has had a keen interest in sport from a young age taking part in dancing, gymnastics, cross country and tennis then going on to train professionally as a contemporary dancer. Laura  completed her full studio comprehensive Mat Based Pilates certificate at the end of 2017.
