Katie has been leading group fitness classes for 6 years including HIIT, Body Conditioning, Boxing and Zumba: she knows how to get you moving. Since qualifying in 2012 as a Personal Trainer she has focused her knowledge in the field of Strength and Conditioning, taking people from complete beginners in the weights room to achieving Olympic Lifting standards.
Katie can also guide you in strength work for sports, mobility and core conditioning. She is out to prove that weight lifting will get you fitter, faster and in better shape than cardio alone!
Katie’s own background is in dance and athletics from a young age, she has tonnes of energy to share and spends a lot of her own time dedicated to a variety of training: in the gym, high intensity cardio and on the Pole.
