Rehabilitation Expert, Pilates Teacher, Sports Massage Therapist and Health Club Manager

Sport and the ‘great outdoors’ has always been a part of my life growing up in the countryside in Gloucestershire.

I have a Sports Science and Materials Engineering degree from The University of Birmingham and I studied my Master’s degree in Sports Therapy at London Metropolitan University where I enjoyed learning about assessment and diagnosis, sport rehabilitation and massage and spinal and peripheral joint manual therapy and mobilisation.

Since graduating I have worked in a range of environments from premiership rugby club London Irish, to treating skiers at a sports injuries clinic in Austria, on the film set of Cuban Fury, and in France, Spain and Italy for charity bike rides including the Mont Ventoux and Stelvio climbs.

I have additionally trained as a clinical Pilates instructor and have found this a great tool for exercise rehabilitation and have come full circle and now help in teaching the Masters I completed 5 years ago!
