Personal Trainer Extraordinaire

I am originally from Hungary and moved to London in 2006. Fitness and dance have always been part of my life. During my university years I competed in Ballroom and Latin-American dances, which later on developed into a passion for Salsa.

I spent many years as a marketing manager after moving to London, but in 2012 something changed. I had the desire to expand my horizons and I decided to go on an 18 month backpacking trip around the world. This trip changed my life on every level and made me realise that I no longer wish to work in an office.

The real breakthrough happened when I began taking training more seriously.  I learnt about training methods that changed my approach completely and that’s when I realised that I would love to help others make changes myself.

My mission is to create a strong foundation in people’s muscular system that not only has aesthetic effects but also has several long term health benefits.

Qualifications

  • Premier Diploma in Gym Instructing & Personal Training (Level 2 & 3)
  • Advance Nutrition and Weights Management
  • Spin, Kettlebells and Circuit Instructor
  • Exercise to Music Instructor
