Blocks of sessions Our blocks of sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You will receive a reminder email if your sessions are due to expire, but the onus is on your to ensure you use your sessions within the allotted time. Pay Monthly Our pay-monthly PT Memberships are payable in advance on the first working day of the month, and payment is taken by direct debit. In the event of holidays, travel or sickness, your sessions can be rolled over for a maximum of 2 weeks (either before or after the absence). It is your responsibility to liaise with your trainer and work to book these sessions in. In the event of your trainer being on holiday, we will liaise with you to book in an alternate trainer whilst they are away. There are no long term contracts on our monthly PT memberships, although we do require 1 month’s notice if you’re planning on finishing. Any sessions not used at the time of finishing are non-refundable. Our sessions are interchangeable, and can be used across all of our services (excluding Physiotherapy)

Nordic Balance now accepts clients from all major UK Health Insurance Providers, including: Bupa, AXA, Pruhealth, WPA, Allianz, Simply Health, Health Shield and Sovereign Health Care.
Before commencing treatment with our physiotherapist, you will need to contact your Health Insurance Provider who will provide an authorization number. Unless agreed beforehand, payment for all treatments will need to be made at the time of treatment by you. Upon request, we will provide an invoice listing the date and nature of treatment, your name, insurance policy number and authorization number.
Generally speaking, all Health Insurance providers listed above will reimburse you for the full value of your treatment with Nordic Balance. However, as all individual insurance schemes are different please ensure you check the details of this with them before commencing.
