Why do I like to train at Nordic Balance? It’s fun, it’s challenging, and it’s thoughtful.

I enjoy the variety and whilst it can be tough and at times uncomfortable, my training is always targeted and varied according to my very specific needs.

There is great deal of thought and technical knowledge going into my sessions. It’s a small gym and everyone is very friendly and very positive — we have a lot of laughs!
