Nordic Balance in St James’s, SW1, offers a range of styles of yoga, taught either in a small class format or 1-2-1. Our teachers are all massively experienced, having practiced for a minimum of 5 years and taught in a range of environments. We provide ourselves on providing a very engaged, hands-on style of yoga. This means that our teachers will be involved in your practice, giving you the attention that you need to move your practice forward.


Whether you’re looking to join a class, or want 1-2-1 teaching, we can work with you. We teach styles as diverse as Iyenagar and Dynamic Vinyasa, and a range in between. Depending on your level of experience and what you would like to get out of your practice, we can provide teaching with suits you. Our classes and 1-2-1 sessions take place in our studio, lovingly called The Moose Room.
