Nordic Balance teaches mat-based Pilates, and offers a range of small group classes, with a maximum of 6 people per class, or 1-2-1 teaching. Classes are generally taught in our studio, lovingly called the Moose Room, and can also be taught in our gym. Our teachers are all very experienced, having worked in a range of different environments previously. We are also able to offer a more clinical Pilates, which is perfect for those recovering from injury. This is often done in conjunction with our Physiotherapist (although we can work with your Physiotherapist if needed).

Nordic Balance Osteopathy is covered by all health insurance companies and can treat a variety of conditions including neck or back pain, joint or muscular pain,
