Nordic Balance teaches mat-based Pilates at our studio in St Jame’s, SW1,  and offers a range of small group classes, with a maximum of 6 people per class, or 1-2-1 teaching. Classes are generally taught in our studio, lovingly called the Moose Room, and can also be taught in our gym.

 

Our teachers are all very experienced, having worked in a range of different environments previously. We are also able to offer a more clinical Pilates, which is perfect for those recovering from injury. This is often done in conjunction with our Physiotherapist (although we can work with your Physiotherapist if needed).
