Our Nutritional Package starts by getting you to complete an online food diary, which gives us a clear idea of what you eat, how often you eat and the specific breakdown of your diet. Depending on your requirements, we may recommend an allergy test and possibly a cholesterol test, both of which are conducted by off-site specialist independent laboratories. We’ll also do a body composition test which will look at a range of factors from your weight, to your BMI, muscle mass and more.
From this we’ll recommend specific changes to your diet and monitor the changes ongoing, with weekly telephone or in-person checkups to ensure you’re on track. These changes to your diet can be done in conjunction with your existing training regime, and if you’re training with one of our team we’ll ensure that your nutritional plan fits with your training- so you’ll have the energy you need to make the most of your training.
