Persoanl trainer, Sports Masseur and Injury Rehabilitation
From a young age I have been a very active person with a passion for sport and fitness. Having started playing football at the age of 7 I went on to play a range of sports at a competitive level including swimming, volleyball and athletics.
Since receiving my diploma in personal training and sports massage therapy from Premier Training I have worked in a number of corporate gyms in and around London. During this time I have worked with a broad range of people helping them achieve their health and fitness goals including weight loss, toning and muscle gain.
Motivated and enthusiastic, I thrive on enabling people to reach their targets using a range of fitness theories and practices. I am ABAE qualified in boxing training and am currently teaching this in schools as part of an initiative to promote social inclusion through sport.
I am also an experienced massage therapist, and I believe that massage therapy is an important part of a training regime. Having worked with clients linked to a range of sports including running, cycling and swimming I would strongly advocate its use for body recovery. Massage is an integral part of general health and wellbeing as it relieve stress, aches and pains linked with our busy work lives and daily routines.
