I am a very supportive and caring trainer that will do my best to help you achieve total fitness. The sessions are based on the knowledge of my Degree in Physical Education and Sports and my vast experience ranging from Gym Instructing, to Pilates and even Capoeira (Brazilian Martial Art). I will work with you to achieve your goals and get visible and measurable results. I like to keep things interesting so you’ll get tailor-made and energetic sessions, with lots of variety sure to keep you on your toes. Motivation is what gets you started; enjoying it is what keeps you going!

Continuous Professional Development

  • Degree in Physical Education and Sports, including teacher qualification status and 1 year specialization in instruction for competitive swimming.
  • Level 3 Body Control Pilates Matwork Teacher.
  • Further Pilates qualifications:Pilates Ball; Baby Arc; Foam Roller; Small Ball, Toning Circle, Pregnancy and Pilates, Standing Pilates, Osteoporosis and Pilates.
  • Level 3 Advanced Fitness Instructing – Gym;
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer / Weight Management / Sports Conditioning;
  • Capoeira Graduate, 9th Belt;
  • Swimming Instructor
