Sally

Yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal

Health and fitness has always been a way of life for me and I have a strong background in yoga, Pilates, long distance running and cycling. I have a degree in Sports and Exercise Science and have been teaching exercise for eleven years to a vast array of people. I have run the London Marathon three times for charity and enjoy a daily dynamic yoga practice. I now specialize in personal training, Yoga and Pilates matwork and am also a published health and fitness writer. My yoga studies have led me to Thailand, India and Australia and I have since furthered my education with The Sitaram Organization which focuses on Pre and Post-Natal Yoga. I encourage my clients to achieve optimum health and fitness through a combination of cardiovascular and strength training and holistic movement.

What our clients say

"...I have been attending Sally's Pilates Classes at the Sussex Multiple Sclerosis (M.S.) Treatment Centre for two years. I have been diagnosed with M.S. for twenty nine years and have limited mobility. Sally is very kind and positive, and has been a tremendous help to me in the classes as she always makes sure that she has helped me to achieve as much as possible within my limitations. After each weekly class, I have felt a considerable difference in my walking and general mobility, and feel stronger afterwards."

Alison Walter

“Six and seven years ago I was involved in two major road accidents and suffered whiplash and upper and lower back injuries. Since then I have been having massage on a regular basis from a sports and remedial massage therapist to keep myself mobile. Since starting yoga classes on a weekly basis about three months ago I find myself more flexible and am becoming less reliant on the massage treatment. I also find I am sleeping better and not waking up stiff in the morning. Thank you Sally for helping to get this body back into shape.”
