Linnéa

Rehabilitation Specialist, Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer

I was born and raised in Sweden and have always been a very active person. I competed in horse jumping for many years before I decided to concentrate on dancing including ballet, contemporary and jazz at the Stockholm Ballet Academy. After injury prevented me from dancing I travelled to Australia where I studied to become a fitness professional. I specialised in injury rehabilitation, an area in which I am particularly passionate. Working in the fitness industry has given me the opportunity to work with a wide range of people including; children, older adults, people with disability including a Para-Olympian athlete, cardio-respiratory clients, and numerous people wanting to change their lifestyle.

As a trainer I not only look at suitable exercises, but also nutrition, stress, sleep and habits that may well contribute to current health status. It’s about finding a lifestyle where you feel good on the inside as well as the outside. I believe everyone has the same rights to be healthy and live the life they always dreamt of.

What our clients say

‘’I started training with Linnéa in 2006 after a car accident which left me with ongoing back problems. I didn’t think it was possible to get back to where I was before the accident, but with Linnéas help I began to see changes. She used short term goals that were realistic and made me feel positive about achieving them. She provided me with great knowledge, support and positive energy. I always felt great during and after sessions and could not recommend her highly enough.’’
