Sports Masseur and Injury Rehabilitation

Sport has always been a huge part of my life and I knew from an early age that I would be involved in the fitness industry in some way. It wasn’t, however, until I ruptured my achillies tendon and had to undergo a sports rehabilitation programme myself that I realised this was how I wanted to be involved.

My sports rehabilitation and injury prevention degree gave me the opportunity to gain clinical and sports specific knowledge in the worlds of judo, rugby, football and running, and subsequently I was able to work alongside a variety of individuals and teams. Since that time I have specialised in massage and soft tissue manipulation within sports injury clinics in London.

I am passionate about what I do and am proud of the relationships that I form with my clients. I thrive on the positive effects that massage has and working alongside dedicated individuals in order to help them achieve their goals.

What our clients say

"To put it simply, I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else for any sports injury's I have in the future. She has really helped me, not only with treatment but has given me great advice that I have followed and therefore reaped the benefits. It’s obvious she loves what she does with her enthusiasm and professional manner shining through. A friendly face always a pleasure to be around"

Kirstie Bird (Sunday Times Culture Magazine, Designer)

“I was in pain and had limited movement of my neck which Georgina initially assessed and advised of the required treatment. She used massage and other soft tissue techniques followed by exercised based rehab that subsequently lead to pain and movement getting better each session. Within a short period, I was able to start training again. I worked on the programme and had excellent results. As a result of Georgina’s sound advice I feel able to train hard, without fear of repeat injury.”
