Alex

Personal Trainer and Sports Masseur

Having played highly competitive Football and Tennis from a very young age I have always been into fitness. As the years progressed and I learned more and more about my body, injuries, the right nutrition and other peoples, I realised exactly what I wanted to do, and that was to further my knowledge and experience in all aspects of what makes us whole through training. I obtained a Full Diploma in Sports Therapy and threw myself straight in the deep end practicing my knowledge, previous skills, and belief that training should be done from the 'inside, out' with a completely holistic approach. 10 years down the line with these primary tools I have been fortunate enough to work with and train every aspect of client, from the clinically obese, professional sports persons, amputees, bulimia, and many many more. I like to see myself as a trainer that can provide you with any area of training you desire with the added bonus of enjoying it!

"Having trained with Alex for the past 4 years, I have found his sessions to be fun and he always pushes me to the limit. He has encouraged me through a combination of kettle bell workouts and enjoyable cardio sessions to give me the body I've always wanted. Through his experience, Alex is able to design programmes adequate to my level of fitness. His 'Never Say NO' attitude has got me through all the hard times, and it was worth it!"

Emma Colstock (C.E.O Greenheat)

"Running my own record company, and working 16 hours a day for the past 20 years. I found myself sllipping into a very unhealthy lifestyle. This was having an effect on family life as iI was breathless picking up my children, let alone playing with them! Then Alex came along (and I wish he hadn't!) and pretty much saved my life. As I could only fit in 40 minutes a day in my busy schedule I was very sceptical and some what pig headed in the belief that anything could be achieved in such a short time. How I was so wrong! Not only within 12 weeks had I lost over a stone and a half, I had also lost the stupid belief that exercise was boring. Thanks to Alex, and his fantastic approach to exercise I can play football with my kids, jog with my wife and get through those 16 hour days without feeling terrible. This is a year down the line, and I cannot imagine going back to the old me. "
