Director- Advanced Personal Trainer

Being from Sweden, I experienced the outdoors and was very active from an early age. During that time, I was involved in ice-skating, ice-hockey, judo and football. I have always been sold on the merits of exercise and have always led a very active life.


I was trained in the art of jewellery making, before proceeding along a 10 year career in catering and senior management, before finally recognising that my true passion lay in health and fitness. The desire within me to help people to lead a healthier lifestyle has inspired me in this role.


I am very goal oriented, with a strong sense of what I want and how to achieve this. This has helped me to reach my own goals through hard work, focus and drive. I believe in taking a holistic approach with my clients, working with them at every level and empowering them to achieve their goals.

I qualified with a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy from the Premier International Academy of London, and am registered with the Official Government Register of Exercise Professionals Level 4, currently the highest Level. I qualified as a Yoga Teacher with the Sivananda Lineage, in San Francisco USA.

I have since done a range of new course and have a keen interest in new publications. The need for further eduction stems from my hunger for new methods and to keep abreast of changes to the industry, as well as a desire to be the best that I can be.
