Personal Trainer


Having played highly competitive football and tennis from a very young age I have always been into fitness. As the years progressed and I learned more and more about my body, injuries, and the impact of nutrition on your personal wellbeing. I realised exactly what I wanted to do, and that was to further my knowledge and experience in all aspects of what makes us whole through training. I obtained a Full Diploma in Sports Therapy and threw myself straight in the deep end practicing my knowledge, previous skills, and belief that training should be done from the 'inside, out' with a completely holistic approach. 10 years down the line with these primary tools I have been fortunate enough to work with and train every aspect of client, from the clinically obese, professional sports persons, amputees, bulimia, and many, many more. I like to see myself as a trainer that can provide you with any area of training you desire with the added bonus of the fact that you’ll enjoy it!

  • Diploma in Sports Therapy level 3, including Level 3 advanced Personal Training, Optimum and Sports Nutrition, Circuit Training, Body Massage, Sports Massage, Sports Therapy, Assessment and Rehabilitation
  • ADPF KB Level 3 Kettlebell Advanced Power Bag instructor
  • Advanced core stability with Juice Performance
