Recruitment
At Nordic Balance we've always believed that if you look after people, they'll look after you. Where the rest of the industry believes in paying the bare minimum, keeping all the profits to themselves, and generally not taking care of their best assets (you!), we tend to a take a different view. We’d prefer to pay you a great wage, create a great working environment and give you all the benefits we can afford- that way you’d be happy and want to stay.
So we're hiring, and we're looking for great people that can help us grow. We're not in this for short term profits, but look further down the road to a place where we've got happy trainers and clients. The rest will surely follow....

Having been a freelance Personal Trainer for 12 years, I always felt over the years that I belonged somewhere with a certain people but struggled to put my finger exactly where that was. Then Pierre, Jo and Nordic Balance came along, and it wasn't them either so I moved on! Only joking it certainly was! After months of rigourous interviews/ practical tests and alot of smiling:) I attained the position I'd been so longing for and 1 year down the line haven't looked back once. Every day I breathe a big sigh of relief as I excitingly realise... I'm home. :)

I came to London in January 2009 looking for a job after spending a couple of years studying and working in Australia and found that Nordic Balance offered a unique position where the quailty of work was more important rather than the quantity. I started in February and it has been the best job I’ve ever had. It’s a great pleasure working for Nordic Balance, with flexible hours, a great team of trainers and the opportunity to focus on the parts you’re really passionate about which for me is Rehabilitation, Pilates and Functional training. Joanna and Pierre make sure that I get a variety of clients which is both stimulating and challenging.
It’s a very professional yet relaxed work environment with lots of development opportunities and I am planning to stay with Nordic Balance as there are no other companies offering such great employment!
