We have a beautiful gym on St James’s Square; however we recognise that not everyone likes to train in a gym, so we help to bring the trainers to you. Whether you’d like to be trained in the comfort and privacy of your own home, in your office, or in any of the great parks in central London, our trainers can tailor your sessions to fit you. And all of this is done at a time that suits you, conveniently fitting around your busy lifestyle. This is as easy as it gets to lose weight, get fit, get toned or reduce your stress levels.
We offer our mobile training services in Central London only, specifically in the following areas:
• Mayfair
• St James
• Knightsbridge
• Belgravia
• Victoria
• Westminster
• Soho
We do charge a travelling fee of an additional £10 per session, which is added to your session cost. For more information about prices please see our prices page.
